From the haunting cabarets of Berlin to Hollywood in its heyday, the passionate and controversial life of Marlene Dietrich nearly spanned the Twentieth-Century. A woman of secrets & contradictions, a glamour queen who donned a uniform to sing at the front in WWII & then became the world’s most highly paid concert entertainer. Here are her songs and her story.

Diane McNaron is a singer of cabaret, jazz and art song. She directs both the Politically Incorrect Cabaret & Masters’ Cabaret and has released two CDs. As a former stage director in the field of opera, she has lived and worked in many states and countries and thinks this experience gives her a good perspective on her work as an activist for peace. http://dianemcnaron.com
Michael King is a cabaret performer, gospel concert artist and musical theater director. He has shared the stage with such luminaries as Eartha Kitt, Jennifer Holiday, Sam Harris and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. Formerly a South Florida Entertainer of the year, he is presently Director of Choirs and Musical Theatre at Altamont School.
Barrington Von Thurston McQueen is a current sophomore pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Montevallo where last season he portrayed Leading Player in PIPPIN. He is originally from Montgomery, AL where he has trained in dance, acting, singing, viola, and violin.
